PharmSage is built by Futuryntix UK Ltd, a Derby-based health-technology firm. We connect independent UK community pharmacies to their patients via secure video, and we connect their consultations to NHS systems — Personal Demographics, ODS, GP Connect, NHS Login, NHS Notify, and the Manage Your Service portal.

Our platform lets a pharmacist-prescriber deliver an NHS Pharmacy First consultation end-to-end without leaving the room: PDS lookup, pre-consultation, video call, AI-assisted decision support, FHIR prescription, GP notification, and same-month MYS claim — all in one workflow.

Why we built PharmSage

Independent UK community pharmacies leave £35–£60K of NHS revenue on the table every year — not from clinical limitation, but from administrative friction. Pharmacy First, NMS, BP checks, vaccinations and contraception all pay, but only if claims are submitted on time and with the right evidence. PharmSage closes that gap. We surface the pathway, log the consultation, build the FHIR record, notify the GP, and produce a submission-ready pack for MYS — with NHS-aligned AI assistance for the pharmacist throughout.
